Ellie Shea, representing Emerging Elites in Massachusetts, placed second in the women's 6-kilometer race in 19:47.5 at the USATF U20 Cross Country Championships at Pole Green Park in Mechanicsville, Va. Shea is eligible to compete for the United States at the World Athletics U20 Cross Country Championships on Feb. 18 in Bathurst, Australia.
